The RedMat Work to Study Internship  Program :

Program Construct :

The RedMat Pilates Instructor Internship Program is a world standard comprehensive program with elements of Certification, Observation Hours and On-The-Job training.

Program Duration: 

​

The internship program lasts for a duration between 6-9 months, depending on the candidate's performance and successful completion of the required certification, observation and OJT hours.

Program Eligibility: 

​

The internship program is open exclusively to women living in Delhi NCR and willing to work in Gurgaon / South Delhi.

​

Selection Process : 

​

We are currently inviting applications from interested candidates for our 2024 intake. The initial shortlisting would be basis CV and preliminary fitment and the shortlisted candidates would be put through a MCQ and interview round before final selection into the cohort. Selected interns run their work to learn calendar at their own start and end date and overlap with others interning around the same time.

Final Placement: 

​

Upon successfully completing all three elements of the program and obtaining your certifications, the best performing interns will have the opportunity to join our team as a junior Pilates trainer at our Gurgaon or South Delhi studio.
