These Competition Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the contestant – the participant of the The RedMat Plank Challenge (TRPC)  and  RedMat Fitness and Wellness Services ( RFWS)  the organizers of this event. These Terms and Conditions also include other participation terms for the participant.

• This is a skill based Planking Exercise and  is open to women who are residents of Delhi & NCR and above the age of 18.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The participant confirms her participation in TRPC is completely and unreservedly voluntary and she attends the challenge competition at her own risk and responsibility.

• The participant is also fully conversant with the fact that the organizer of TRPC only acts as an organizer. The organizer acts only as the organizational functionary of the challenge , and thus participation is voluntary with the responsible and  conscious knowledge of the danger and risk which planking ( the challenge exercise) entails

• The competitor also bears in mind, that the challenge is physically and psychologically demanding, and so it requires physical fitness and psychological resistance

• The contestant understands the facts based on the above-mentioned information, that during his/her participation in the TRPC,  serious injury or physical damage or other health effects may occur and indemnifies RedMat Fitness and Wellness Services against any physical injuries she suffers as a result of participating in the challenge.

• By participating in the challenge competition, the contestant relinquishes any claim to compensation for damage or other costs resulting from his/her participation in the challenge competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• Closing date for entry will be 30th April 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• RFWS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• RFWS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

• The prize is as follows:

  1. 3 Months of Mat Pilates Group Session Membership at either of RedMat Studios in Gurgaon- Nirvana Country & Golf Course Road with access to 2 sessions / week for the winning pair ie a total of 26 sessions per winning team member.  There could be restrictions to entry to some sessions which are already sold out at the time of launch of this challenge promotion which would apply.

  2. 1 Month of Mat Pilates Group Session Membership at either of RedMat Studios in Gurgaon- Nirvana Country & Golf Course Road with access to 2 sessions / week for the winning pair ie 8 sessions per team member. There could be restrictions to entry to some sessions which are already sold out at the time of launch of this challenge promotion which would apply.

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

•  Winners will be chosen Basis a supervised timing done by the qualifiers at a designated time and place which will be notified.

•  The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• RFWS’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

•  The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to RedMat Fitness and Wellness Services  and not to any other party.
