Service Description
Equipment based Pilates on Reformers is ideal for those who have done a minimum of 3 months of basic Matwork Pilates. This 1Hr group class conducted by trainers certified from STOTT School of Pilates-Canada. Regular classes after your Discovery Session is in batches with 4-5 participants. Discovery Session cost is Rs 1500 including taxes
