Weekend Wellness Workshops

Can a weekend transform how you feel ?

 

RedMat Wellness Workshops brings in Healthy Living Specialists from across to help you deal with issues that affect our day to day well being. Typically 3 hour workshops spread over 2 sessions on a weekend, these are done for small groups of 8-10 people at RedMat Studios. Workshops tackle issues as diverse as Dealing with Stress, Sleep Deprivation, Digestion Problems to actively managing Obesity and Women's Health issues such as PCOD, PCOS . Workshops are conducted by acclaimed practioners in specific areas of Wellness, Therapy, Nutrition & Diet. 

Workshops coming up : 

Heal Your Digestion, 19th Aug, Gurgaon, 11am-1PM

This workshop is conducted by Therapist & Acclaimed yoga practitioner 

Apoorva Gupta Jalan who has been studying and teaching Wellness,Yoga 

and Breathwork for over a decade now.

Who Should Attend ? Those suffering from

  • Slow Metabolism

  • IBS , Acidity, Flatulence

  • Bloating & Water Retention

  • Lack of appetite

  • Constipation

 

What to Expect from the Workshop

 

The 120 min session of The Heal Your Digestion is made

of Movement, Breathing practices and Meditative practices which should

help the participant  help the participant reduce all the above discomforts and 

  • Leave the class with a feeling of space and renewed energy in yourself

  • Go from feeling drained to feeling alive.

The Trainer would also be giving follow up exercises

This workshop is conducted by Therapist & Acclaimed yoga practitioner 

Apoorva Gupta Jalan who has been studying and teaching Wellness,Yoga

Who Should Attend

  • If you regularly feel tired, drained & stressed

  • You experience ongoing discomfort in Neck & Back

  • Your muscles feel fatigued all the time

 

What to Expect from the Workshop

 

The 90 min sessions on each day of The Refresh Workshop will be made

of Movement, Breathing practices and Meditative practices which should

help the participant  

 

  • Release compression and restore alignment in the neck, upper back, and lower back. Thus, reduce pain and discomfort.

  • Cleanse and stimulate lungs, improving breathing capacity which usually gets influenced by stress and fatigue

  • Experience simple, yet powerful movements to release fatigue in muscles and joints

  • Learn to use your breath to quieten your mind, dissolve chaotic thoughts

  • Leave the class with a feeling of space and renewed energy in yourself

  • Go from feeling drained to feeling alive.
